Korean Turkey Burgers with Kimchi Slaw

3 cups sliced cabbage
1 cup sliced kimchi
1/4 cup mayonnaise + 1/4 cup mayonnaise ( divided, follow steps )
1 tbs packed brown sugar
1 tbs rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 tbs sesame seeds
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbs gochujang
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Kosher salt
4 Butterball® All Natural Turkey Burgers
4 hamburger buns
1 avocado, sliced
4 radishes, sliced
Directions
- Prepare KIMCHI SLAW. Combine cabbage, kimchi, ¼ cup mayonnaise, brown sugar, vinegar and sesame seeds in medium bowl.
- Season with salt.* *Can be made up to 1 day ahead of time and refrigerated.
- Prepare GOCHUJANG AIOLI. Mix ¼ cup mayonnaise, sour cream, gochujang and garlic powder in small bowl. Season with salt.* *Can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator until ready to use.
- Grill or cook turkey burgers according to package directions.
- Place each burger on bun bottom; top with KIMCHI SLAW, avocado, radish slices and GOCHUJANG AIOLI.
- Top with bun top.
